FORCOBAY Beauty, Fragances & Home is an online store, owned by the company FORCOBAY MULTIPRODUCTOS Y SERVICIOS DIGITALES S.L., legally constituted and registered in the Mercantile Registry of Valencia (Spain) and dedicated to the operation of various businesses dedicated to the sale of products of perfumery, beauty, health and well-being, as well as other very diverse household items.

We are a group of middle-aged entrepreneurs, passionate about electronic commerce and who at the end of 2019 decided to start this project taking as a reference a similar project of recognized prestige and today disappeared due to the illness of its founder.

In the year 2020 and due to the health crisis that was declared worldwide, we had to put the start-up of this new project on hold, which finally with a great economic effort we were able to start up at the end of the year 2021.

WHAT WE OFFER?

Our passion for online shopping and sales, in addition to being great consumers in a personal capacity, made us turn to the sale both to private clients, as well as to professionals of all kinds of beauty products, personal hygiene, health care and other items for use at home, being specialists in the sale of generic perfumes or also known as equivalence perfumes.

We offer our Clients very specific fragrance perfumes, with always certified qualities and at the lowest possible cost. The manufacturers of the perfumes that we sell produce their products under the ISO 9001, 14001 y 22716 standards, their manufacture being audited by laboratories or control entities such as EQA, BUREAU VERITAS, INTERTEK, etc.

Also noteworthy for its extremely successful sales is our line of home air fresheners, in different qualities and with numerous fragrances.

In addition to perfumery products, we are progressively adding other items for beauty and personal care to our catalog, such as shower gels, hair shampoos, moisturizers, etc.

In other stores that already imitate us, you can find similar products or at suspiciously low prices, but FORCOBAY offers you all the guarantees of a fully established and legally registered company, even in the official competent bodies in consumer arbitration matters.

We are a company that works to obtain benefits, but never trampling the trust and rights as consumers of our Clients. Whatever the problem that may arise in your experience in our store, we will try to give you a personalized solution favorable to your interests.


OUR CLIENTS

Although we were born as a project with the modest objective of meeting the needs of the private middle-class Client, located both in Spain and in the rest of the member countries of the European Union, our good prices, the diversity of our products and the desire for service , have been creating a great interest in professionals and sellers in the perfumery and beauty products sector.

We currently have the logistical capacity to meet orders from private or professional Clients, supplying from one to several hundred perfumes or other products within 2 to 7 business days, depending on the destination location.

Since professional Clients and large consumers have special conditions both commercially and fiscally, we recommend that before placing an order directly in our store, contact us to carry out a personalized study of each case.


FUTURE

Given the current economic situation, our first objective is to strengthen the solvency of our company, and for this we have optimized the purchasing, storage, logistics and customer service processes, in order to be able to offer the best products at the best possible price , without diminishing in any case the final service.

Currently, we are already designing strategies for the medium term, to be able to commercialize our products beyond the European continent and to be able to attend orders to Clients located in Countries not belonging to the EEC.
