Our history

FORCOBAY PARFUMS, is a Spanish trademark registered with the reference 2012/1904/46 in the Registry of Distance Selling Companies of the Valencian Community, according to the provisions of the Generalitat Valencian Trade Law, 3/2011 of 23 of March.

Although currently our main activity is focused on the sale of generic perfumes through our different websites and Ecommerce platforms such as EBAY, our activity began in the year 2007 with the sale of all kinds of items advertised on TV, led lighting, articles household, etc.

FORCOBAY started its business in a garage of about 50 meters located in the town of Godelleta (Spain), with the only initial investment of a few hundred euros for the purchase of a personal computer and a printer.

Our beginnings were based on dropshipping, just as many of our Clients practice right now, selling products supplied by other suppliers through the internet, once we had already closed their sale. Since its creation, FORCOBAY has opted for the reinvestment of a large part of the modest benefits obtained and in 2008, we began to include generic perfumes in our catalog, creating a small warehouse stock according to the small space available and the modest investment. economic that we did at that time.

Seeing the wide boom in the generic perfume business, in 2012 we decided to focus and specialize in the private label or low cost perfumery sector, and we gradually withdraw from our catalog the rest of the items that we commercialized until then, maintaining today a small selection of them. That same year, we began our opening to the international market, adapting our store to the European Union market.

The year is 2015 and in view of the growth of our sales, we closed deals with different brands in the sector to make the sale (we are not manufacturers) and we decided to move our warehouse to the Polígono Industrial de la Cova in Manises.

Currently, despite the economic crisis caused by the health crisis of covid19, we continue to operate normally, although with somewhat more limited resources.

For the medium-term future, we plan to open our first exhibition to the public with a small store whose location has yet to be determined within the province of Valencia (Spain).

The valuation table that you observe on the left, has been obtained according to an internal study carried out in the year 2,018 between a part of our Clients, according to their opinions shown about our perfumes and the service provided by FORCOBAY.

In the first place, the aspect that our Customers value most in our generic perfumes is its PRICE, which is obviously very attractive if we compare it with the abusive prices that in some cases the large distribution chains apply. You can find perfumes similar to ours in other stores for a somewhat lower price, but not with control over the quality and the degree of confidence of placing your order with FORCOBAY. In order not to increase the sale price to the final Customer, we make the grouping of orders in large purchases and apply policies to contain business expenses, optimizing the work of employed personnel and not investing in unnecessary expenses such as advertising, merchandising or physical stores.

In all the perfumes we have for sale, their manufacturers comply with both European and international regulations regarding this type of product for use on the skin, especially the ISO 9001, 14001 and 22716 standards, their manufacture being audited by laboratories. or control entities such as EQA, BUREAU VERITAS, INTERTEK, etc. Although its use is suitable for most people, we always recommend that those with skin sensitive to alcohol (natural origin) or other compounds that may contain perfumes, consult us about the exact composition of each of the perfumes.

The aspect less valued by our Clients and that although important, is not essential in all its characteristics, refers to the presentation of our perfumes. The generic perfumes of some of our brands, with a sale price a little higher than that of a coffee, offer a simple and austere packaging, which fulfills its mission of containing all the information related to the perfume, but perhaps offers a very poor image for For example, make a gift. In this sense, we think that what should be valued in a generic perfume is its fidelity to the matrix fragrance, its permanence in skin and finally its price.
